Safe sleepSafe-sleep cribs for new families
A complete, safety-certified crib set for families leaving the hospital, with doula follow-up at home. A mission for anyone who believes every baby deserves a safe start.
Giving · Prism Health
Every Prism program started as a mission someone believed in. Choose one that speaks to you, and our teams will carry it into the community, and show you exactly what it did.
Every Gift Helps
Gifts of every size help bring free care to a neighbor. Give once or monthly, and your tax receipt arrives right away.
Donations are made to Prism Foundation, an Illinois not-for-profit corporation and tax-exempt charitable organization under Code Section 501(c)(3). Your gift is tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law, and you will receive a written receipt for your tax records.

How It Works
A neighborhood, a health issue, a community you love. We listen first. Every mission starts with what matters to you.
Our team shapes a real program around your cause, with the clinicians, the plan, and the local health partners to deliver it.
Doctors, nurses, and health workers carry your mission into the community, usually within a season, and you see everything.
Missions
Safe sleepA complete, safety-certified crib set for families leaving the hospital, with doula follow-up at home. A mission for anyone who believes every baby deserves a safe start.
Child screeningsOn-the-spot lead screening for kids in older housing, with follow-up for every child who needs it. Lead harm is silent and permanent. It is also completely detectable.
School health dayA full clinic day at a school: physicals, vaccines, and checkups for kids whose parents can't take a day off work. One day can catch up a whole grade.
Doula supportExtend the reach of Illinois' most experienced community doula workforce, with support for mothers through pregnancy, birth, and the fragile weeks after.
Community outreachBring vaccines to a neighborhood, church, or school community that clinics don't reach, with education and follow-through, not just a table.
Your missionHave a cause of your own, like a neighborhood, a health issue, or a community you love? Tell us. We'll design the mission with you.

What Funders Receive
Prevention goes further than any other dollar in healthcare. A checkup today prevents the hospital visit next year, and we show you the work, not just a thank-you letter.
Doctors, nurses, and health workers delivering your mission in the community, usually within a season.
People served, services delivered, and stories from the field.
Professional photos, video, and media from every deployment.
Your name or brand alongside our public health partners, if you'd like it. Quiet giving is welcome too.
Who We Work With
We partner with foundations, universities, corporations, and individuals who want their giving to be visible and real. Most missions begin at $100,000, and we build each one with the funder and the local health department it serves.
Gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law.
Questions Funders Ask
Yes. Donations are made to a tax-exempt charitable organization under Code Section 501(c)(3), and gifts are tax-deductible to the extent allowed by law. We provide full documentation for your records.
Openly, and with you. Every mission is scoped as a real program (clinical staff, supplies, logistics, and follow-up), and you see the plan before anything is committed.
Usually within a season. Our teams and mobile clinics already operate across Illinois, so missions build on infrastructure that exists today, not promises.
Yes. Many funders come to us with a specific place in mind: a neighborhood, a school community, a town. We design the mission with the local health department that serves it.
You receive an impact report (people served and services delivered), along with professional photography and media from the field that you're free to share.
Absolutely. Recognition is always your choice. Some funders want their name alongside our public health partners, and some prefer quiet giving. Both are honored.
Yes. Corporate and institutional funders can be recognized across the mission's events, materials, and media. We'll shape the partnership together.
A conversation, not a commitment. Tell us what you care about, and we'll show you what's possible.
